Executive Chef William Shine has thoughtfully composed a five-course menu celebrating regional flavors and seasonal ingredients, with each course paired alongside a distinguished Italian wine selected to complement and elevate the experience. Throughout the evening, guests will be guided through the wines by Andrea Jacoby, WSET III of Handcrafted Wines, sharing the stories, regions, and traditions behind every pour. Whether you're a devoted wine enthusiast or simply appreciative of exceptional gastronomy & hospitality, this is an evening designed to be savored.
From the first glass to the final digestif, the evening unfolds at a gracious pace, inviting guests to linger over exceptional food, remarkable wines, and good company.
