Join us at Butterfly Club for an unforgettable wine pairing dinner featuring the exceptional wines of Trium.
Indulge in a five-course menu, meticulously crafted by our new Culinary Team leaders, designed to complement Trium's acclaimed vintages. Trium wines owner & vintner, Anthony Corallo, will be on hand to guide you through each pour, sharing the stories and craftsmanship behind these Southern Oregon gems.
